Pear-Vanilla Rum: The pear having a light and subtle taste, we have chosen to associate it with vanilla to enhance the flavor of this flavoured rum. Be patient, this one will take 3 to 4 months to mature and release the best flavors.
Spruce and Balsam fin tips Rum: This fir-tree flavoured rum was created 15 years ago after a walk in the forest. We wanted to translate the boreal scents of balsam and pine in a drink. We offer you this original alcohol recipe, elaborated from Quebec ingredients.
Fig Rum: New original recipe, this flavoured rum allows the fig to express its sweet and honeyed taste in a delicious Mediterranean digestive.
- Vanilla-Tonka: 3 to 4 months (the longer the better)
- Pear-Vanilla Rum: 3 to 4 months (the longer the better)
- Spruce and Balsam fin tips Rum: 1 to 2 months (the longer the better)
- Fig Rum: 2 to 3 months (the longer the better)
